Auryn Resources – Updating the progress on the Sombrero Project DIA and other exploration updates

Over the past few weeks I have been receiving a number of emails asking for an update from Auryn Resources. The questions ranged from the status of the DIA on the Sombrero project in Peru, to what the company has planned for the newly acquired Curibaya Project also in Peru, and for the other projects – Homestake and Committee Bay.

IsoEnergy – Updating the recently closed financing and drill program for 2020

IsoEnergy (TSX.V:ISO & OTCQX:ISENF) had a busy end of 2019 by closing over $6million in a brokered and non-brokered financing and announcing a 20 hole winter drill program. the drilling is just getting started so I wanted to bring the President and CEO Craig Parry on the show for an update. We discuss the points below as well as the overall plans of the drill program.

FPX Nickel – A look ahead to 2020 plans and the potential in the EV market

FPX Nickel (FPX-TSX.V & OTC:FPOCF) has been mentioned a few times over the past couple months on the show. Jayant Bhandari and Brien Leni are a couple of my recent guests that hold shares and think there is some nice upside still to come.

The Company just released news regarding metallurgical tests that yielded 99.5% recoveries of a high grade nickel-cobalt solution. It was also noted that this solution has the potential to be used in the electric vehicle market. FPX’s President and CEO Martin Turenne joined me to share what the Company has planned for this year and the significance of possibly opening up the electric vehicle market for the project.

Skeena Resources – Revisiting the recent bonanza grade drill result from the Snip Project

On December 18th Skeena Resources (TSX-V:SKE & OTCQX:SKREF) released a couple drill results from the Snip Project in the Golden Triangle in BC. Paul Geddies, Skeena’s VP of Exploration and Resource Development joins me to outline the strategy around the drilling of the 200 Footwall at Snip. We also compare the two drill holes, one of which intersected over 1,000g/t gold (1,131.91g/t gold to be exact) at a width of 1.5 meters and the other hole yielded 7.37g/t gold over 6.65 meters. To wrap up the discussion we look ahead to 2020 for the Eskay project and the balance between infill and exploration drilling.

Goldplay Exploration – More information on the large land acquisition beside the San Marcial Project

On December 17th Goldplay Exploration (TSX.V:GPLY & OTCQB:GLYXF) entered into a Letter Of Intent (LOI) to acquire a large package of land surrounding the Company’s San Marcial Project. Marcio Fonseca, President and CEO of Goldplay joins me to outline the deal. We also discuss how the new land will play into the current exploration strategy for next year.

Calibre Mining – A Look Into 202 For Production and Exploration Plans

It was a Company changing year for Calibre Mining (TSX:CXB & OTCQX:CXBMF). The Company acquired two mines from B2Gold in Nicaragua and has some big plans for production and exploration.

Ryan King, VP Corporate Development joins me for a look into 2020 in terms of production and exploration. 2020 will be all about execution on both fronts. Outside of the tow production mines, El Limon and La Libertad, there is also the Pavon Gold Project that Calibre released an updated resource at the beginning of this month. We also discuss the new VP Exploration, Mark Petersen, that was just brought into the Company.

Great Bear Resources – Recapping the recent high grade drill results at the Gap and Auro Zones

Great Bear Resources (TSX.V:GBR & OTCQX:GTBDF) released another round of high grade drill results yesterday. The Company now claims to have 4km of strike length at the 100% owned Dixie Lake Property in the Red Lake District of Ontario.

Chris Taylor, President and CEO of Great Bear Resources joins me to recap the most recent drill results and outline what is next in the 200,000 meter drill program. We also discuss the plans for testing both along trend (the LP Fault) and at depth.
