Riverside Resources – More information on the land acquired in Ontario

Riverside Resources (TSX.V:RRI & OTCQB:RVSDF) announced yesterday the staking of property in Ontario. A total of three projects were acquired by staking and this is the first dive into Ontario for the Company.

I chatted with the President and CEO John-Mark Staude as well as the VP Exploration Freeman Smith to get some more information on this new land. We discuss the history of these projects, what attracted the Company to these projects and Ontario in general, and the work that will be done to package these projects up for a future partner.

Riverside Resources – Overview Of The Project Portfolio, Partner Funded Programs, and A Company Drill Program Being Panned

Riverside Resources is a well established prospect generator that has been around for 13 years and never done a share rollback. With around 63 million shares outstanding they are a good example of a Company that knows how to manage it’s cash.

I chatted with the President and CEO John-Mark Staude about the overall strategy of the Company. The Company has 2 partner funded exploration programs underway and is planning its own drill program on the Cecilia Property this year. Also always on the lookout for new projects to add to their portfolio. John-Mark and I chat about all these points as well as the balance the Company is taking between precious metals projects and copper focused projects.
