Kevin Vecmanus, Founder of Vanaurum shares some comments on the steady almost straight up rise in LIBOR. LIBOR has started to rise at the tail end of 2015 right when the metals sector started to get a buy. We also look at the copper:silver ratio that seems to be turning down from the higher part of the range.
