Integra Gold: Canada’s Next High-Grade Gold Producer

Integra Gold Corp. (OTCQX:ICGQF) is a Canadian gold development company focused on its high-grade Lamaque Gold Project, located in “the Valley of Gold,” Val-D’Or Canada. The property literally could not be located in a better place: it’s located directly adjacent to more than 9 million ounces of historic gold production from the Lamaque and Sigma mines, which were operated by Teck and Placer Dome, Inc.

With 130,000 metres of drilling since 2010, Integra has defined a 1 million ounce high-grade resource base at Lamaque – with all resources above 600 metres vertical, which means the fruit is hanging pretty low from the tree, so to speak. This is simply one of the highest-grade advanced gold projects in Canada, with average grades north of 9 g/t. However, significant upside potential remains (5,000 metres of assays are still pending) and a new resource estimate is due in the third quarter of the year.
