Junior miner Gowest ramps up in Ontario

Gowest Gold, a junior mining exploration company with a prospect property north of the built-up area of Timmins, Ontario, is working toward the creation of a new gold-producing property.

And thanks to a significant investment from a Chinese company last month, Gowest is planning to move forward, driving an underground ramp to do bulk sampling at its Tully Township property, historically known as the Frankfield East gold deposit, located northeast of the Kidd mine.

Fortune Future Holdings, the Chinese company, has purchased $500,000 worth of Gowest shares. A Gowest, in recent news release, stated it has raised $1.1 million to date.

Fortune is an investment company based in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, China which is focused on investment in companies engaged in the exploration, mining and sale of mineral resources, said the Gowest news release.
