Canadian gold mine developer Battle North, which owns the Bateman project in the Red Lake district of Ontario, has increased the size of its previously announced financing to C$55-million.
Underwriters Cormark Securities and Stifel GMP have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, an additional 5 405 000 shares of Battle North at C$1.85 a share.
The gross proceeds of the offering will now be C$55 006 501, including the C$5 000 076 to be raised through the issuance of 1 865 700 common shares to be issued as flow-through shares at a price of C$2.68 each.
