Toronto-listed Ivanhoe Mines has appointed two women, each with more than 25 years’ business experience with Africa-based companies to its board as independent directors.
Nunu Ntshingila, regional director of Facebook Africa, and Martie Janse van Rensburg, former CEO of Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority, have joined the company’s board.
