(Kitco News) – Evrim Resources ((TSX-V:EVM) and Renaissance Gold (TSX.V:REN) are combining as a merger-of-equals. The new entity is named named Orogen Royalties and will focus on project generation and also a renewed focus on organic royalty creation and royalty acquisition.
