MegumaGold and and Osprey Gold Development merge

(Kitco News) – MegumaGold (CSE:NSAU) and Osprey Gold (TSXV:OS) said today they plan merge businesses. The new entity will focus on reactivating the historic mining camps of Nova Scotia, Canada.
