TSX-V-listed Luminex Resources is seeking to raise C$13-million for exploration and development of its projects in Ecuador, having enlarged its previously announced private placement financing.
The company increased the size of its brokered offering to 11 536 000 common shares at C$0.70 a share, for gross proceeds of up to C$8 075 200 and its concurrent nonbrokered private placement to up to C$4 925 000 worth of shares.
