The Canadian Malartic Mine (CMM), in Quebec, has announced a collaborative agreement with four First Nations, which will seek to increase their participation in CMM’s mining activities and projects.
The agreement with is said to the first of its kind in Abitibi-Temiscamingue between Anishinabeg First Nations and a mining company in operation.
