Aim-listed exploration and mine development company Arc Minerals has appointed Rémy Welschinger to succeed John Forrest as FD. Forrest is retiring. "I am delighted to be taking up an executive role as FD of Arc. I believe we are sitting on some of the most valuable copper prospects in Africa and look forward to building an exciting future for all our shareholders," Welschinger commented in a statement issued on Friday.
