Westhaven’s Shovelnose returns 100+ g/t bonanza

Westhaven Ventures of Vancouver has not only extended the Vein zone but drilled bonanza grades at its Shovelnose gold property 30 km south of Merritt, British Columbia.

Hole SN19-19 returned 2.2 metres of 100.50 g/t gold and 133.44 g/t silver from Vein zone 1; and 5.0 metres of 7.61 g/t gold and 34.50 g/t silver in Vein Zone 2. Hole SN19-21 returned 12.4 metres of 5.74 g/t gold and 44.64 g/t silver from Vein zone 1. These three holes were drilled over a strike length of 100 metres confirmed the continuity of veining in the northwest portion of the South zone vein system.

Drilling farther south extended the strike length of the South zone vein system. These veins will be the target of additional drilling to the southeast to test for strong vein-hosted mineralization.
