The primary focus of this discussion is to call out junior resource mining companies with proven resources in the ground that have for year after year chosen for one reason or another not to go into production. Equally culpable are the major mining companies who are not yet acquiring dramatically beat down juniors with assets during this depressed market. Is it time to ask the old guard to step aside allowing a younger more aggressive management team to do what’s necessary to generate revenue for the company and it’s shareholders?
