Kropz to present Elandsfontein water-use licence case

The Water Tribunal has given Aim-listed phosphate explorer and developer Kropz three days, starting on September 3, to present its case in an appeal against the integrated water-use licence (WUL) for its Elandsfontein mine on South Africa’s West Coast.

The miner’s Elandsfontein WUL came into question following claims by activists that it was issued improperly.
