WA throws support behind urea project

The Western Australian government will be providing conditional support to the planned A$4.6-billion Perdaman urea project, being developed in the Pilbara.

Regional Development Minister Alannah MacTiernan on Tuesday said that the state government has provided A$35.5-million for road relocation costs and for detailed design of a new Dampier Cargo Wharf and upgrades to seawater supply infrastructure.
