Actions that will make a difference!

The Birnbaum Korelin
Judeo Christian Foundation for Equality

                In our complicated
and divisive world, we have two choices related to our personal actions. Some
feel that the logical choice is to simply accept societal activities and remain
an observer on the sidelines. If we disagree with something, we can salve our
egos by directing anger towards those we believe are responsible.  Dr. Frieda and I think that this action is futile.

                After
doing political commentary on my nationally syndicated radio program and simply
reporting on and opining, along with my listeners, on events of the day, I
realized that nothing was ever accomplished other than angry commentary and ,
often times,  feelings of helplessness
and depression on my part.

                Frieda
and I discussed this at length and began to examine contemporary issues. Issues
that could be better understood after all sides were examined and exposed to a
large audience.  One where individuals
could share their personal thoughts.

                The Foundation
allows us to do that. For the past couple of months, we have been interviewing
knowledgeable people on the topic of racial equality.  These are people with both positive and negative,
“Boots on the Ground” Experience. Their stories provide inspiration that America
is still “The Land of the Free and The Home of the Brave” for those who seek
it. They believe that nothing will ever take the place of intelligent common sense;
help from those qualified to give it; and, a personal passion for success.
