The Minerals Council South Africa has recommitted to supporting the mining industry’s shared imperative of zero harm, under the council’s Khumbul’ekhaya strategy. During a virtual launch of the third iteration of the national day of health and safety, Minerals Council CEO Roger Baxter lamented the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has greatly affected the lives of thousands of individuals around the world.
