Diversified miner South32 and ASX-listed AusQuest have extended their strategic alliance agreement (SAA) for a further two years, until the end of December 2021, to allow for the continued development of a pipeline of high-potential exploration opportunities.
Under the SAA, projects secured by AusQuest and offered exclusively to, and accepted by South32, undergo a staged evaluation process that would see the projects either classified as either exploration opportunities to drill-ready opportunities.
