Wallbridge Mining and Balmoral Resources to combine in an all-stock transaction valued at C$110 million

(Kitco News) – Wallbridge said the combination provides the company with exposure to the mining-friendly Nord-du-Québec region of western Québec. It also expands Wallbridge’s Fenelon land holdings from 10.5 km2 to 739.0 km2.
