ASX-listed Lithium Australia has agreed to the sale of its Emu Lake exploration tenement, in Western Australia.
The company on Wednesday said that it had reached an agreement with junior explorer Metal Hawk, which is currently undertaking an initial public offering on the ASX, with the aim of starting share trading in December.
