Trade union, the Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (AMCU) has referred the current wage negotiation process for dual-listed Sibanye-Stillwater’s Rustenburg and Marikana platinum group metals (PGMs) operations to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) for conciliation. In a statement on Tuesday, Sibanye said this was another stage in the negotiation process and followed the internal resolution processes.
