Coal miner Paringa Resources has started coal shipping from its Poplar Grove mine, in Kentucky, to its second customer.
The first shipment to Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ohio Valley Electric Corporation, was made this week.
