Barrick, Newmont Complete Nevada Joint Venture

(Kitco News) – It’s official: Barrick Gold Corp. (NYSE: GOLD; TSX: ABX) and Newmont Goldcorp Corp. (NYSE: NEM; TSX: NGT) have concluded a joint-venture transaction establishing Nevada Gold Mines LLC.
