Gold Pares Gain After U.S. April Consumer Confidence Index Rises To 129.2

(Kitco News) – Gold prices trimmed their gains after a Conference Board Tuesday showing that the index for U.S. consumer confidence rose to 129.2 in April from a revised 124.2 in March. As of 10:04 a.m. EDT, spot gold was trading up $2.70 to $1,282.10 an ounce.
