Siyakhula Sonke Empowerment Corporation (SSC) and its subsidiary Flaming Silver has filed an urgent application in the Mpumalanga High Court to resolve a dispute with Vantage Goldfields South Africa regarding a sale of shares agreement for the Lily and Barbrook mines, in Mpumalanga.
