Mining services provider NRW Holdings has completed the A$10-million purchase of RCR Mining and RCR Heat Treatment from the administrators of RCR Tomlinson.
RCR Mining includes the mining technologies business which owns intellectual property across a range of products and processes, and is an original equipment manufacturer and materials handling designer.
