Integra Gold Corp. (OTCQX:ICGQF) is a Canadian gold development company focused on its high-grade Lamaque Gold Project, located in “the Valley of Gold,” Val-D’Or Canada. The property literally could not be located in a better place: it’s located directly adjacent to more than 9 million ounces of historic gold production from the Lamaque and Sigma mines, which were operated by Teck and Placer Dome, Inc.<\/p>\n

With 130,000 metres of drilling since 2010, Integra has defined a 1 million ounce high-grade resource base at Lamaque – with all resources above 600 metres vertical, which means the fruit is hanging pretty low from the tree, so to speak. This is simply one of the highest-grade advanced gold projects in Canada, with average grades north of 9 g\/t. However, significant upside potential remains (5,000 metres of assays are still pending) and a new resource estimate is due in the third quarter of the year.<\/p>\n
