(TSE:EDR)(NYSE:EXK) were rising early Wednesday, after the precious metals miner reported strong silver production results for its second quarter, trending ahead of its guidance year-to-date.<\/p>\n<p>The company, which owns and operates three silver-gold mines in Mexico, said silver production for the second quarter grew 9% to 1.67 million ounces, while gold output fell 24% to 15,136 ounces compared to the year ago period due to the over production of its Bolanitos mine in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Silver equivalent production fell 6% to 2.6 million ounces, according to the Vancouver-based company&#8217;s statement released earlier this morning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.proactiveinvestors.com\/companies\/news\/55296\/endeavour-reports-higher-silver-output-in-q2-remains-ahead-of-guidance-55296.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Continue reading . . .<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shares of Endeavour Silver Corp.
