compel mining companies to take a close look at future investments there, says Terry Coughlin, president of Halifax-based\u00a0GoGold Resources Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObviously, looking at projects in Mexico, it\u2019s something to consider,\u201d he said Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Mexican government is implementing tax reforms that could increase the country\u2019s corporate income tax rate to 30 per cent and impose a 7.5 per cent royalty on mining earnings.<\/p>\n<p>Coughlin said the proposed measures haven\u2019t received presidential approval and he wasn\u2019t sure what their final impact will
