Management appointments announced this week include: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Alamos Gold<\/strong> has appointed Scott R.G. Parsons<\/strong> as VP Exploration. He succeeds Chris Rockingham<\/strong>, who has retired.<\/p>\n

Jim Kirke<\/strong> has been appointed CFO of Alto Ventures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Louise Grondin<\/strong> has been appointed to the board of Champion Iron<\/strong>; Grondin is senior VP, People and Culture at Agnico Eagle Mines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Varshan Gokool<\/strong> has resigned as president and CEO of Euromax Resources<\/strong>, as well as from the board of directors. The company has appointed Tim Morgan-Wynne<\/strong>, previously non-executive chairman and a director for eight years, as executive chairman. Nicolas Treand<\/strong> has been appointed president in addition to his executive role in charge of Macedonian affairs.<\/p>\n

FenixOro Gold<\/strong> has appointed Jing Peng<\/strong> as CFO.<\/p>\n

Mal Karwowska<\/strong> has resigned as VP Corporate Development of First Mining Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Genius Metals<\/strong> has appointed Michel Boily<\/strong> as VP Exploration. David Shaw<\/strong> has joined the company\u2019s board of directors and Anthony D. Frizelle<\/strong> has joined its advisory board.<\/p>\n

Gary Thompson<\/strong> has been appointed CEO of Gold79 Mines<\/strong>, in addition to his role as executive chairman of the board. Robert Johansing<\/strong> has been appointed VP Exploration, stepping down from his previous position as CEO. Johansing remains a director. John McNeice<\/strong> continues in his roles as CFO and corporate secretary.<\/p>\n

GoldMining <\/strong>has appointed John Griffith as chief development officer of its subsidiary, Gold Royalty Corp.; he has also joined the advisory board of GoldMining. Ian Telfer<\/strong> has joined Gold Royalty as chairman of its advisory board.<\/p>\n

Jeff Poloni<\/strong> has joined Global Vanadium Corp.<\/strong> as CEO and a director.<\/p>\n

Diane R. Garrett<\/strong> has been appointed president and CEO of Hycroft Mining Holding<\/strong> effective Sept. 8, and will also join the company\u2019s board of directors on that same date. Garrett will be resigning as president, CEO and a director of Nickel Creek Platinum<\/strong> on Sept. 7, but will remain a consultant to the management team and board.<\/p>\n

Michael Tucker<\/strong> has been appointed as VP Exploration with KORE Mining<\/strong>. Tucker is the former exploration manager for Balmoral Resources<\/strong>, which was recently acquired by Wallbridge Mining.<\/p>\n

Chair and interim CEO of Mason Graphite<\/strong>, Paul R. Carmel,<\/strong> has resigned to join Sidex S.E.C. as president and CEO. Sidex is an institutional investment fund sponsored by the government of Quebec and the Fonds de Solidarit\u00e9 FTQ. Gilles Gingras<\/strong>, who has been a director of Mason since 2018, has been appointed chair of the board. Leadership at the management level will be assumed by COO Jean L\u2019Heureux<\/strong> until a permanent CEO is found.<\/p>\n

Ian C. Peres<\/strong> has resigned as president and CFO of Moneta Porcupine Mines<\/strong>. He will remain a director and will support the transition to the successor CFO.<\/p>\n

Pretium Resources<\/strong> has announced that Tom S.Q. Yip<\/strong>, executive VP and CFO, will be departing the company on Oct. 30, or an earlier date. Matthew Quinlan<\/strong> will be joining the company on Sept. 9, as VP Finance and, following Yip\u2019s departure, as CFO. Quinlan resigned as interim CFO of Trevali Mining<\/strong> on Aug. 31.<\/p>\n

Rob McMorran<\/strong> has resigned as CFO of Santacruz Silver Mining<\/strong>, but will remain an advisor to the company\u2019s board of directors. Arturo Prestamo<\/strong>, executive chairman, has been appointed interim CFO.<\/p>\n

Richard Gosse<\/strong> is now VP Exploration of Trilogy Metals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Brendan Creaney<\/strong>, currently the VP of Investor Relations with Trevali Mining<\/strong>, has been appointed interim CFO.<\/p>\n

American Creek Resources<\/strong> has appointed Tobin Wood<\/strong> to the board of directors.<\/p>\n

Filo Mining<\/strong> has appointed Carmel Daniele<\/strong> to its board of directors in replacement of Paul McRae<\/strong>, who has resigned.<\/p>\n

Fosterville South Exploration<\/strong> has appointed Liza Gazis<\/strong> to the board of directors.<\/p>\n

Jeremy Hanson<\/strong> has been appointed to the board of Garibaldi Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Deepak Malhotra<\/strong> has joined the board of Magellan Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Meridius Resources<\/strong> has appointed Verlee Webb<\/strong> to its board of directors, and announced a name change to BMEX Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nomad Royalty Co.<\/strong> has appointed Susan Kudzman<\/strong> to its board of directors.<\/p>\n

Following the renewal of its directors\u2019 mandate, Nouveau Monde Graphite<\/strong> announced role changes at its board of directors to guide its corporate development strategy. Arne H. Frandsen<\/strong>, co-founder of Pallinghurst, will serve as chairman of the board and Daniel Buron<\/strong>, senior vice- president and CFO at Domtar, will serve as lead independent director and chairman of the audit committee.<\/p>\n

Greg Ferron<\/strong> has been appointed to the board of Platinex<\/strong> as an independent director, in place of Gary Galitsky <\/strong>who will be stepping down. Ferron will chair the newly formed finance committee.<\/p>\n

Brian Skanderbeg<\/strong> has been appointed as a special advisor to the board of SKRR Exploration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kyle Appleby<\/strong> has joined the board of Tarku Resources<\/strong> as an independent director.<\/p>\n
