Management appointments announced this week include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carmen Amezquita<\/strong> has been named CFO of Amerigo Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Barrick Gold<\/strong> has announced appointments to its exploration team: Aoife McGrath<\/strong> has been named VP of exploration for Africa and Middle East and Leandro Sastre<\/strong> is now VP of exploration for Latin America and Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n

Anthony Paterson<\/strong> has been appointed CEO and president of District Mines<\/strong>; Marc Branson<\/strong> has resigned as the company\u2019s CEO and president but will continue to serve as a member of the board.<\/p>\n

James Tuer<\/strong> is now the president, CEO and a director of Fjordland Exploration<\/strong>, replacing Richard<\/strong> Atkinson<\/strong> who is now chairman of the board.<\/p>\n

Josephat Zvaipa<\/strong>, Galiano Gold\u2019s<\/strong> COO, has passed away due to complications associated with the COVID-19 virus. The Asanko gold mine JV will to be managed by Fred Attakumah<\/strong>, executive VP and managing director of Asanko Gold Ghana.<\/p>\n

David Garofalo<\/strong> has been named chairman, CEO and a director of GoldMining\u2019s<\/strong> subsidiary, Gold Royalty. Garofalo has also joined the advisory board of GoldMining.<\/p>\n

Randy Koroll<\/strong> has resigned from his CFO role with Gold Rush Cariboo<\/strong>; Brian Stecyk<\/strong> has also resigned from the board.<\/p>\n

Jose Tomas Letelier<\/strong> has retired from his role as director of corporate affairs and sustainability with Los Andes Copper. Ignacio Melero<\/strong> will be joining Los Andes to fill the vacancy.<\/p>\n

Michael Lavigneis<\/strong> now president and a director of Magellan Gold; Gregory Schifrin<\/strong> has also joined the board.<\/p>\n

As of Sept. 1, Paolo Toscano<\/strong> will be joining Marathon Gold<\/strong> as VP of projects.<\/p>\n

Robert Doyle<\/strong> has been appointed CFO and corporate secretary of Medallion Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Meryllion Resources<\/strong> has announced changes to its management and board: Ben Gelfand<\/strong> has resigned as a director and as CEO; Frank Kordy<\/strong> has resigned as a director and as interim CFO and corporate secretary; Jeremy Edelman<\/strong> and David Steinepreis<\/strong> have been appointed as replacement directors, and Guy<\/strong> Charette<\/strong> has been named an additional director. Edelman has also been named the company\u2019s CEO while Steinepreis has been appointed CFO; Michael Kozub<\/strong> is now corporate secretary.<\/p>\n

Alastair Brownlow<\/strong> has been named CFO of Midnight Sun Mining<\/strong>, replacing Wayne Moorhouse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Minera Alamos<\/strong> has hired Chris Sharpe<\/strong> to serve as the company\u2019s VP of project development; Sharpe will start on Sept. 1. The company has promoted Federico Alvarez<\/strong> to the COO role.<\/p>\n

Max Keogh<\/strong> has been appointed project manager for NV Gold\u2019s<\/strong> Exodus gold project; James Maxwell<\/strong> has joined the company\u2019s newly established Exodus technical committee.<\/p>\n

Samantha Shorter<\/strong> is now the CFO and corporate secretary of Osprey Gold<\/strong>, replacing Jasmine Lau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ian Harcus<\/strong> is now the CFO of Prime Mining<\/strong>, replacing Simon Anderson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Christopher Bradbrook<\/strong> has stepped down from his roles as president, CEO and director of Superior<\/strong> Gold<\/strong>; Bradbrook is the founder of the company and has been its president and CEO since 2017. Tamara<\/strong> Brown<\/strong>, a director of the company, has assumed the interim CEO role.<\/p>\n

Jonas Lauren Norr<\/strong> is now on the board of Crest Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alex Klenman<\/strong> has joined Cross River Ventures<\/strong> as a director.<\/p>\n

Blair Wallace<\/strong> has been appointed to the board of Eco Oro Minerals<\/strong>, and will serve as co-executive chairperson, together with Courtenay Wolfe<\/strong>, the current co-executive chair. This appointment follows Rebecca Berrebi\u2019s<\/strong> resignation from the board.<\/p>\n

Benoit Brunet<\/strong> has joined the board of Falco Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

David Watkinson<\/strong>\u00a0is now on the board of\u00a0Oakley Ventures<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
