RCT has launched an online version of its Product Skills training program \u2013 the webinar training is in addition to the company\u2019s in-person instruction, which is delivered either through its worldwide offices or at mine sites.<\/p>\n
Participants can now choose to complete their training through webinars, where they access the material through a computer and complete it in a virtual classroom. It is not always possible for the people wanting to undertake training to come to us or for our trainers to get to them due to circumstances out of our control.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to webinar-based training, RCT now also offers a flexible self-learning option. These courses can be completed anytime and from anywhere \u2013 all of the material is available online through RCT\u2019s training portal.<\/p>\n \u201cRCT is aware that everyone learns differently, whether they be visual learners, verbal or the hands-on approach.
