Management moves announced this week include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pamela White<\/strong> has been appointed corporate secretary of Bell Copper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tony Barresi<\/strong> will become president and a director of Colorado Resources<\/strong> at the beginning of August. Barresi was previously president and a director of Triumph Gold<\/strong>, where he continues to serve as a technical advisor and is also a director of ArcWest Exploration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Hycroft Mining<\/strong> has announced a leadership transition: Randy Buffington<\/strong> stepped down from his roles as chairman, president and CEO of the company. Stephen Jones<\/strong>, the company\u2019s executive VP, CFO and secretary has been appointed interim president and CEO and David Kirsch<\/strong>, a director of the company, was named the new chairman. Jeffrey Stieber<\/strong>, VP of finance, has been appointed interim CFO.<\/p>\n

Andre Deepwell<\/strong> has retired from his CFO and corporate secretary role with Imperial Metals<\/strong>. The company has appointed Darb Dhillon<\/strong>, its current VP of finance, to fill this role.<\/p>\n

Tim Williams<\/strong> is now the COO of Marathon Gold<\/strong>; Williams is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in the areas of mine construction and operations.<\/p>\n

Keith Benn<\/strong> is now the VP of exploration for both Mistango River Resources<\/strong> and Orefinders Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mac Jackson<\/strong> has joined New Placer Dome\u2019s<\/strong> advisory board as a technical advisor.<\/p>\n

Peter Mullens<\/strong> has been appointed VP of business development with NxGold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Patrick Godin<\/strong> will be joining Pretium Resources<\/strong> at the beginning of August as VP and COO; Godin succeeds David Prins<\/strong>, the company\u2019s VP of operations.<\/p>\n

Board changes include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thomas Sarvas<\/strong> and Timothy Froude<\/strong> have joined the board of Benton Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Peter O\u2019Malley<\/strong> has been named an independent non-executive director of Bonterra Resources<\/strong>; Allan<\/strong> Folk<\/strong> has resigned from the board.<\/p>\n

Greg Andrews<\/strong> has been appointed to the board of Cascadero Copper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Euro Manganese <\/strong>has started a board restructuring process, with strategic advisory roles planned for Roman Shklanka<\/strong>, Harvey McLeod<\/strong> and Daniel Rosicky<\/strong> and two new independent directors envisioned for the board. John Webster<\/strong>, Greg Martyr<\/strong>, David Dreisinger<\/strong> and Marco Romero<\/strong> will continue as directors. Jan Votava<\/strong> will resign as a director, but remain a member of the executive team as managing director of the company\u2019s Czech subsidiary.<\/p>\n

Thuso Dikgaka<\/strong> and Maureen Mokgaotsane<\/strong> are now on the board of Giyani Metals\u2019<\/strong> wholly owned subsidiary in Botswana, Menzi Battery Metals.<\/p>\n

Patrick Anderson<\/strong> has been appointed chairman of Strongbow Exploration\u2019s<\/strong> board. Anderson is currently CEO and a director of Dalradian Resources<\/strong>, and succeeds Grenville Thomas<\/strong> in the chairman role \u2013 Thomas remains a director of the company.<\/p>\n

Taseko Mines<\/strong>\u00a0has announced changes to its board of directors:\u00a0Peter Mitchell<\/strong>\u00a0has been appointed to the board while\u00a0Richard Mundie<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Alex Morrison<\/strong>\u00a0did not stand for re-election.<\/p>\n
