Management moves announced this week include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pedro Villigran Garcia<\/strong> is now a VP of Argo Gold<\/strong> and will assist with various corporate efforts, including the social media platform.<\/p>\n

Raymond Jannas<\/strong> is now the president and CEO of Atex Resources<\/strong>, replacing Carl Hansen<\/strong>, who become a non-executive chairman of the board.<\/p>\n

Ian Slater<\/strong> is now the president and CEO of Auramex<\/strong>, replacing Lawrence Roulston<\/strong> who will continue as a director. Ravshan Ismadiyarov<\/strong> is now the company\u2019s CFO and Judy McCall<\/strong> has been named corporate secretary. Both of these positions were previously held by Michael O\u2019Brien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Louis Gariepy<\/strong> is now an advisor to Blue Thunder Mining<\/strong>; Gariepy is a geological engineer and is currently the VP of exploration with O3 Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Christian Brousseau<\/strong> has been appointed project director for Canada Nickel\u2019s<\/strong> Crawford project.<\/p>\n

David Fleming<\/strong> is now the interim VP of exploration with Colorado Resources<\/strong>; Fleming was the VP of exploration for Foran Mining<\/strong> between 2011 and 2018.<\/p>\n

Wally Boguski<\/strong> has stepped down from his roles as COO and a director of Crystal Lake Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Maria Wells<\/strong> is now the corporate secretary of District Metals<\/strong>, following Emily Davis\u2019<\/strong> resignation.<\/p>\n

Thibaut Segeral<\/strong> is now the president and CEO of Fieldex Exploration<\/strong>, replacing Martin Dallaire<\/strong> who resigned as president, CEO and a director of the company to focus on Visible Gold Mines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Patricia Penney<\/strong> has been named interim CFO of Fortune Minerals<\/strong>; she was previously the company\u2019s controller.<\/p>\n

Derek Teevan<\/strong> is now the VP of aboriginal and governmental affairs with NioBay Metals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Robert Fraser<\/strong> is now a senior technical advisor for Urbangold Minerals<\/strong>; Fraser was directly involved with the discovery of the Troilus Mine in the late 1980s by Kerr Addison Mines.<\/p>\n

Board changes include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bob Li<\/strong> has joined the board of Ares Strategic Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Chris Wardrop<\/strong> and Jonathan Armes<\/strong> are now on the board of Argo Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Brad Rourke<\/strong> and Ian Slater<\/strong> are joining the board of Auramex<\/strong> with Richard Savage and Marie<\/strong> Brannstrom<\/strong> stepping down from the board; Brannstrom will continue as the company\u2019s VP of operations.<\/p>\n

Marilyn Spink<\/strong> is now on the board of Avalon Advanced Materials<\/strong>, replacing Brian MacEachen<\/strong>, who will continue as an advisor to the company. Alan Ferry<\/strong> is now the chairman of the board.<\/p>\n

Neil Woodyer<\/strong> has retired from the board of Equinox Gold<\/strong> to pursue other interests.<\/p>\n

Gilles Laverdi\u00e8re<\/strong> is now on the board of Fieldex Exploration<\/strong>, replacing Jean-Pierre Landry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ana Lopez<\/strong> is now on the board of First Majestic Silver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mario Caron<\/strong> has joined Mako Mining\u2019s<\/strong> board, replacing Cesar Gonzalez<\/strong> who has stepped as a director but will remain VP of corporate development.<\/p>\n

G\u00e9rald Riverin<\/strong> has joined Maple Gold Mines<\/strong> as a director and is also on the company\u2019s technical advisory committee.<\/p>\n

Fahad Al Tamimi<\/strong> is now on the board of Mason Graphite.<\/strong><\/p>\n
