Stuart Moller<\/strong> is now VP of exploration with FenixOro Gold<\/strong>; Moller is also a director of the company.<\/p>\n

Will Randall<\/strong> is now president, CEO and a director of Freeman Gold<\/strong>, replacing Howard Milne<\/strong>, who will continue as a consultant to the company.<\/p>\n

Derrick Townsend<\/strong> will provide consulting services to Golden Pursuit Resources<\/strong>, including shareholder communications, market intelligence and corporate development initiatives.<\/p>\n

Mark Saxon<\/strong> is now president and CEO of Medallion Resources<\/strong>. Don Lay<\/strong>, the company\u2019s current president and CEO, will transition to a strategic advisor role and remain on the board of directors.<\/p>\n

Steve Dawson<\/strong> is now VP of corporate development with Tri Origin Exploration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Andrew MacRitchie<\/strong> is now CFO of Virginia Energy Resources<\/strong>, succeeding Karen Allan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Munkhsaikhan Dambiinyam<\/strong> has been named COO of Xanadu Mines<\/strong> and will be based in Mongolia; Munkhsaikhan has been the company\u2019s CFO since May 2018. The company\u2019s executive team will now include Andrew Stewart<\/strong> as CEO, Spencer Cole<\/strong> as CFO, Ganbayar Lkhagvasuren<\/strong> as an executive director and Mat Brown<\/strong> as chief geologist.<\/p>\n

Board moves include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bond Resources<\/strong> has appointed new members to its board, following its acquisition of MJ Mining<\/strong>. These include Scott Brison<\/strong> and Valery Zamuner<\/strong> with Gary Arca<\/strong> and Cynthia Avelino<\/strong> stepping down as directors. Arca continues to serve as CFO, and Avelino will be the company\u2019s secretary.<\/p>\n

Mario Grossi<\/strong> has stepped down from the board of Foran Mining<\/strong> \u2013 he has joined the company\u2019s technical committee.<\/p>\n

Hugh Maddin<\/strong> is now a director of Makara Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Michael Neumann<\/strong> has retired from the boards of New Age Metals<\/strong> and El Nino Ventures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Murray John<\/strong> is joining the board of Prime Mining<\/strong> with Bruce Durham<\/strong> stepping down as a director.<\/p>\n

Leanne Baker<\/strong>, Chantal Gosselin<\/strong>, Robert Leckie<\/strong>, Peter Nixon<\/strong> and Catherine Stevens<\/strong> will be retiring from the board of Reunion Gold<\/strong>. New director candidates include Adrian Fleming<\/strong> and Rick Cohen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kevin Reid<\/strong>, Michael Gentile<\/strong> and Blair Schultz<\/strong> are now on the board of Solstice Gold<\/strong> with Marty Tunney<\/strong> and Chad Ulansky<\/strong> stepping down as directors. Tunney will continue as president of the company and Ulansky will be a consultant to Solstice.<\/p>\n

Paul Fisher<\/strong>\u00a0has resigned from the board of\u00a0Victory Nickel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
