Mr. Luzich is the founder of Luzich Partners LLC, a multi-strategy investment firm formed in 2013 and a significant shareholder in the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bill Harper<\/strong>, director and chairman of the audit committee of&nbsp;<strong>Benton Resources<\/strong>&nbsp;has passed away.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rita Adiani<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the board of&nbsp;<strong>Brixton Metals<\/strong>. Ms. Adiani is currently executive VP of Xiana Mining Inc.&nbsp;<strong>Dr. Carl Hering<\/strong>&nbsp;was not nominated for re-election to the board, but will remain as an advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joseph Ovsenek<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed president and CEO and chairman of the board of directors of&nbsp;<strong>Central Timmins Exploration<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Ron MacDonald<\/strong>&nbsp;has also joined the board, with&nbsp;<strong>Wes Roberts<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down as a director.&nbsp;<strong>Neville Dastoor<\/strong>&nbsp;will remain on the board but will no longer be chairman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Defense Metals Corp.<\/strong>&nbsp;has appointed&nbsp;Karl T. Wagner, a former U.S. intelligence senior executive who served with the CIA,&nbsp;as a strategic advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dale Verran<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Fortune Bay Corp.<\/strong>, effective&nbsp;June 15.&nbsp;<strong>Wade Dawe<\/strong>&nbsp;will step down as CEO, but continue as chairman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John Dyer<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as CFO and a director of&nbsp;<strong>Gold Rush Cariboo Corp.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Aleem Nathwani<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the board of directors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glenn A. Ives<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Kinross Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;as a director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>James (Jim) Gowans&nbsp;<\/strong>has been appointed as a director of&nbsp;<strong>Marathon Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jim Wiesenberg<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Neil Foran<\/strong>&nbsp;have joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Margaret Lake Diamonds<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>Darryl Sittler<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Buddy Doyle<\/strong>&nbsp;have resigned as directors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nevada Copper Corp.<\/strong>&nbsp;has made changes to its senior management team, including the departure of&nbsp;<strong>Matt Gili<\/strong>&nbsp;as president, CEO and a director.&nbsp;<strong>Evan Spencer<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed interim president and CEO. Mr. Spencer is also chairman at&nbsp;<strong>Kasbah Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Richard Gillard<\/strong>, has resigned from the board of directors of&nbsp;<strong>New Carolin Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;for personal reasons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tony George<\/strong>, a mining engineer with 35 years of experience,&nbsp;has been appointed chief project officer at&nbsp;<strong>NexGen Energy<\/strong>, beginning in mid-June for its Rook 1 project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quinton Hennigh<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined&nbsp;<strong>NuLegacy Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;as an advisor. Dr. Hennigh, one of NuLegacy\u2019s founding shareholders, will provide technical and strategic corporate expertise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anthony Milewski<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed a director of&nbsp;<strong>NxGold Ltd<\/strong>. To accommodate Mr. Milewski\u2019s appointment,&nbsp;<strong>Richard Patricio<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned from the board but will remain as an advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otso Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;has appointed&nbsp;<strong>Mark Gelmon<\/strong>&nbsp;as its new CFO, replacing&nbsp;<strong>Daryl Midgley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pacific Iron Ore Corp.&nbsp;<\/strong>has announced the resignation of&nbsp;<strong>Joel Freudman<\/strong>&nbsp;as president and CEO and&nbsp;<strong>Carlyn Dahl<\/strong>&nbsp;as CFO.&nbsp;<strong>Binyomin Posen<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed CEO and CFO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gary Nassif<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Jonathan Hill<\/strong>&nbsp;have been appointed to the board of&nbsp;<strong>Stratabound Minerals<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>Michael Page<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as an independent director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Galen McNamara<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed chief executive officer of&nbsp;<strong>Summa Silver Corp.<\/strong>, replacing&nbsp;<strong>Hani Zabaneh<\/strong>, who will remain a director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Henri G\u00e9linas<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Gendron<\/strong>&nbsp;have been appointed as directors of&nbsp;<strong>Yorbeau Resources<\/strong>, with Mr. G\u00e9linas also being appointed chairman of the board.&nbsp;<strong>Pierre \u00c9loi Talbot<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as a director.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e9rald Riverin<\/strong>, director and former president of the company, and&nbsp;<strong>Amit Gupta<\/strong>, director and former chairman, will not be standing for re-election at the company\u2019s AGM in June.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kenny Choi<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Yukoterre Resources<\/strong>, following the resignation
