Kuhn replaces&nbsp;<strong>Steve Wilkinson<\/strong>, who is no longer with the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sam Ash<\/strong>&nbsp;is now president and CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Bunker Hill Mining<\/strong>, replacing&nbsp;<strong>John Ryan<\/strong>. Ryan will continue to serve on the company\u2019s board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Naomi Johnson<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Copper Lake Resources<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Gary O\u2019Connor<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down as a director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul Smith<\/strong>&nbsp;has been named COO of&nbsp;<strong>Deep-South Resources<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Jean-Luc Roy<\/strong>&nbsp;appointed to the chief expertise officer role. Smith and Roy are both on the board of Deep-South.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hannah Jin<\/strong>&nbsp;is now a director of&nbsp;<strong>Gold Lion Resources<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Oliver Friesen<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down from the board; Friesen will remain the company\u2019s CEO and corporate secretary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benoit La Salle<\/strong>&nbsp;is now president, CEO and a director of&nbsp;<strong>Maya Gold &amp; Silver<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Noureddine Mokaddem<\/strong>&nbsp;retiring and stepping down as chairman, president and CEO of the company. Mokaddem will remain a director.&nbsp;<strong>Robert Taub<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed chairman of the board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Farhad Bouzari<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Andrew McIntosh<\/strong>&nbsp;have been appointed to the technical advisory board of&nbsp;<strong>Metallis<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guylaine Daigle<\/strong>&nbsp;is now a director of&nbsp;<strong>Monarch Gold<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Michel Baril<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Guy Bourassa<\/strong>&nbsp;have stepped down from the board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rui Feng<\/strong>&nbsp;has stepped down from his CEO role with&nbsp;<strong>New Pacific Metals<\/strong>; Feng will remain a director of the company.&nbsp;<strong>Mark Cruise<\/strong>, previously New Pacific\u2019s COO, has been named CEO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adam Knight<\/strong>&nbsp;is now technical services manager of&nbsp;<strong>Northern Vertex Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Albert Contardi<\/strong>&nbsp;has been named CEO and a director of&nbsp;<strong>Pima Zinc<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Arvin Ramos<\/strong>&nbsp;appointed to the CFO role.&nbsp;<strong>Brian Stecyk<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as CEO and&nbsp;<strong>John Dyer<\/strong>&nbsp;has stepped down as the company\u2019s CFO; both Stecyk and Dyer have also resigned from the board.&nbsp;<strong>Daniel Nauth<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>David MacMillan<\/strong>&nbsp;are now on the company\u2019s board with&nbsp;<strong>Conan Taylor<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down as a director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacques Perron<\/strong>&nbsp;has been named president and CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Pretium Resources<\/strong>. Perron was most recently president, CEO and a director of&nbsp;<strong>Thompson Creek Metals<\/strong>&nbsp;until its 2016 acquisition by&nbsp;<strong>Centerra Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Reading<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed a technical advisor for exploration geology with&nbsp;<strong>Roscan Gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luis Azevedo<\/strong>&nbsp;is now a director of&nbsp;<strong>Serabi Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Felipe Swett<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down from the board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karim Alameddine<\/strong>&nbsp;is now corporate secretary
