It has also completed<br \/>\ncontract-tracing for anyone the individual may have come into contact with on<br \/>\nsite or within the community.<\/p>\n<p>B2Gold is implementing a full isolation process of all staff<br \/>\nat the mine and facilities are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, it<br \/>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>The miner, which&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/mining.com\/b2gold-pours-first-gold-fekola-mine-mali\/\" >poured first gold at Fekola<\/a>&nbsp;in late 2017, reported last week a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mining.com\/b2gold-posts-record-production-revenue-in-q1\/\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">quarterly record output of 164,011ounces<\/a> from the mine, accounting for more than half of B2Gold\u2019s record January-March output of 262,632 ounces,<\/p>\n<p>Fekola is located near Mali\u2019s border with Senegal, and about<br \/>\n520 km from the country\u2019s capital, Bamako.
