Nasr is the CEO of&nbsp;<strong>La Mancha Group<\/strong>, a private gold mining investment company with a portfolio of assets in West Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert Logan<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed as an advisor to the board of&nbsp;<strong>Athabasca Minerals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peter Fairfield<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Aurcana Corporation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Laing<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the board of&nbsp;<strong>Blackrock Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;as an independent director;&nbsp;<strong>Alan Carter<\/strong>&nbsp;has stepped down from the board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emma Oosthuizen<\/strong>&nbsp;has been named CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Buffalo Coal<\/strong>. Oosthuizen has served as the company\u2019s interim CEO for over a year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Cross<\/strong>&nbsp;is now the CFO of&nbsp;<strong>Crystal Lake Mining<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Terence Ortslan<\/strong>&nbsp;joining the board as an as an independent director.&nbsp;<strong>Brian Moore<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as CFO and director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maureen Jensen<\/strong>&nbsp;will be a new director nominee at&nbsp;<strong>Franco-Nevada\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders. Jensen was most recently chair and CEO of the&nbsp;<strong>Ontario Securities Commission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christopher Ecclestone<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned from the board of&nbsp;<strong>Global Energy Metals<\/strong>&nbsp;but will continue as an advisor to the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michel Boily<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned from the board of&nbsp;<strong>Infinite Ore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marc Leduc<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Douglas Meirelles<\/strong>&nbsp;have joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Jiulian Resources<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Scott Dorion<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as a director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yari Nieken<\/strong>&nbsp;has been named CEO and chairman of&nbsp;<strong>Le Mare Gold<\/strong>; Nieken has been a director of the company since 2017.&nbsp;<strong>Bryson Goodwin<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as CEO but will remain president and a director of Le Mare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brian Edgar<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Richard Clark<\/strong>&nbsp;are retiring from the board of&nbsp;<strong>Lucara Diamond<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>David Dicaire<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Peter<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>O\u2019Callaghan<\/strong>&nbsp;are nominated as director candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul Carmel<\/strong>, chairman of&nbsp;<strong>Mason Graphite<\/strong>, has been appointed interim president and CEO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peter Mah<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed COO of&nbsp;<strong>McEwen Mining.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rebecca Moriarty<\/strong>&nbsp;is now CFO of&nbsp;<strong>Metallic Minerals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Larry Tsang<\/strong>&nbsp;has retired from his CFO role with&nbsp;<strong>Minco Capital<\/strong>, succeeded by&nbsp;<strong>Melinda Hsu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Holmes<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed&nbsp;<strong>OceanaGold\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;permanent president and CEO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andrew Cormier<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the COO role with&nbsp;<strong>Orla Mining<\/strong>, succeeding&nbsp;<strong>Hans Smit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The hon.&nbsp;<strong>John Baird<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the board of&nbsp;<strong>Osisko Gold Royalties<\/strong>; Baird is a three-term Member of Parliament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul Dumas<\/strong>&nbsp;has stepped down from his executive VP and director role with&nbsp;<strong>Osisko Metals<\/strong>; he will maintain a consultant to the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gunmin Park<\/strong>&nbsp;is now VP of corporate strategies with&nbsp;<strong>Pan Andean Minerals<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Ted Dai<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as VP of corporate finance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don Njegovan<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned as a director of&nbsp;<strong>Sable Resources<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Ruben Padilla<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yacouba Sar\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;is now a director of&nbsp;<strong>SRG Mining<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Vincent Hogue<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>K.
