Williams is the co-founder and past CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Uranium Royalty<\/strong>&nbsp;and was also previously with&nbsp;<strong>Westwind Partners<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Pinetree Capital<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Dundee Capital Markets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mick Wilkes<\/strong>&nbsp;has resigned from his post as president, CEO and director of&nbsp;<strong>OceanaGold<\/strong>&nbsp;for personal reasons.&nbsp;<strong>Michael Holmes<\/strong>, the company\u2019s COO, has taken over as acting president and CEO. OceanaGold will undertake a search for a permanent president and CEO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andr\u00e9e St-Germain<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Osisko Mining<\/strong>; St-Germain is currently the CFO and corporate secretary of&nbsp;<strong>Integra Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Danette Schwab<\/strong>&nbsp;is now VP of exploration with&nbsp;<strong>Pacific Ridge Exploration<\/strong>; Schwab was previously with&nbsp;<strong>Brixton Metals<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>NovaCopper<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Fronteer Gold<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Riverside Resources<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>NovaGold<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Balmoral Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tony Brisson<\/strong>&nbsp;is now senior exploration manager with&nbsp;<strong>Quebec Precious Metals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon Bodensteiner<\/strong>&nbsp;is now president, CEO and director of&nbsp;<strong>Rock Tech Lithium&nbsp;<\/strong>with&nbsp;<strong>Martin Stephan<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down as president and CEO. Stephan will remain on the board of directors of the company and continue to serve as an advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodney Lamond<\/strong>, a director of&nbsp;<strong>Stratabound Minerals<\/strong>, has passed away.
