Shim<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Carlin Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Jay Sujir<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down as a director of the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ann Fehr<\/strong>&nbsp;is now the CFO and corporate secretary of&nbsp;<strong>Dolly Varden Silver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Stein<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Eastmain Resources<\/strong>. Stein is the founder, president and director of&nbsp;<strong>Kuya Silver<\/strong>&nbsp;and started his career at&nbsp;<strong>Cormark Securities<\/strong>&nbsp;as a mining analyst, eventually serving as executive director of the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warwick Board<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined&nbsp;<strong>Eclipse Gold Mining<\/strong>&nbsp;as the company\u2019s VP of exploration; Board was most recently the VP of geology and chief geologist with&nbsp;<strong>Pretium Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alison Baker<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of&nbsp;<strong>Endeavour Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roman Shklanka<\/strong>&nbsp;has stepped down as chairman of&nbsp;<strong>Euro Manganese<\/strong>, he will remain on the company\u2019s board.&nbsp;<strong>John Webster<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed interim chairman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dan Noone<\/strong>&nbsp;is now the CEO of&nbsp;<strong>G2 Goldfields<\/strong>.&nbsp;Noone is currently the chairman of&nbsp;<strong>GPM Metals<\/strong>, as well as a director of the company.&nbsp;<strong>Boaz Wade<\/strong>&nbsp;is now VP of exploration for the Guiana Shield with G2. Wade most recently led the mine exploration geology team at&nbsp;<strong>Guyana Goldfields<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>Paul Murphy<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed the company\u2019s CFO with&nbsp;<strong>Yajian Wang<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down.&nbsp;<strong>Kieran Prashad<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of directors.&nbsp;Prashad is currently the VP of corporate development for&nbsp;<strong>Sheridan Platinum Group<\/strong>, a trustee for&nbsp;<strong>Sheridan Brothers Trust<\/strong>&nbsp;and CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Aurora Royalties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Victor Bradley<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Peter Mah<\/strong>&nbsp;have joined&nbsp;<strong>Golden Lake Exploration\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;board with Bradley also assuming the chairman role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anne Labelle<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the board of&nbsp;<strong>HighGold Mining<\/strong>. Labelle is the president and CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Sterling Green Law<\/strong>, a law firm she founded in 2014; she was VP of legal and sustainability with&nbsp;<strong>Midas Gold<\/strong>&nbsp;between 2011 and 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul Harbidge<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined&nbsp;<strong>Japan Gold\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;board of advisors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John Barker<\/strong>&nbsp;is now VP of business development with&nbsp;<strong>Loncor Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phil Gunn<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed as the interim CFO of&nbsp;<strong>Napier Ventures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregory Honig<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed to the board of&nbsp;<strong>Noront Resources<\/strong>; Honig is director of origination, Canada, with&nbsp;<strong>Resource Capital Funds<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Sybil Veenman<\/strong>&nbsp;stepping down as RCF\u2019s appointee on the Board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steven Weiss<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed chief independent technical advisor for&nbsp;<strong>Ridgestone Mining\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;Rebeico gold and copper project. Weiss has been a senior associate geologist with&nbsp;<strong>Mine Development Associates<\/strong>&nbsp;since 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry Dahl<\/strong>&nbsp;is now the CFO of&nbsp;<strong>RNC Minerals<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Tim Hollaar<\/strong>, the company\u2019s former CFO, assuming the role of VP of finance. Most recently, Dahl was CFO of&nbsp;<strong>Excelsior Mining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruben Padilla<\/strong>&nbsp;is now the president and CEO of&nbsp;<strong>Sable Resources<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Tom Obradovich<\/strong>, the company\u2019s former president and CEO, continuing as executive chairman. Padilla&nbsp;spent several years as VP of exploration for Sable.&nbsp;<strong>Luis Arteaga<\/strong>, the company\u2019s exploration manager, will assume the VP Exploration position.&nbsp;<strong>Jason Kosec<\/strong>&nbsp;will also join the company as VP of strategic development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joseph Gallucci<\/strong>&nbsp;has joined the board of&nbsp;<strong>Skyharbour Resources<\/strong>; Gallucci has over 15 years of experience in mining-focused investment banking and equity research.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matthew Quinlan<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed the interim CFO of&nbsp;<strong>Trevali Mining<\/strong>&nbsp;following&nbsp;<strong>Gerbrand Van Heerden\u2019<\/strong>s departure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varun Prasad<\/strong>&nbsp;has been appointed CFO of&nbsp;<strong>Western Copper and Gold<\/strong>;
