{"id":1169117,"date":"2020-03-03T11:38:04","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T17:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mining.com\/?p=1015865"},"modified":"2020-03-03T11:38:04","modified_gmt":"2020-03-03T17:38:04","slug":"group-ten-metals-announces-warrant-exercise-shares-bounce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/juniorminingnews.com\/?p=1169117","title":{"rendered":"Group Ten Metals announces warrant exercise, shares bounce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver-based platinum group elements miner Group Ten Metals (TSXV: PGE) <a aria-label=\"announced on Tuesday (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/grouptenmetals.com\/news\/2020\/group-ten-metals-announces-warrant-exercises-for-gross-proceeds-of-2.38-million\/\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced on Tuesday<\/a> that it has received total gross proceeds of C$2.38 million since the beginning of this year from the exercise of remaining warrants from a 2017 financing.<\/p>\n<div class='d-flex justify-content-center d-xs-block d-sm-block d-md-none'>\n<div id='div-gpt-ad-1561499308230-0'><script>googletag.cmd.push(function() {googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1561499308230-0');});<\/script><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Directors, management and employees of the company exercised all of their warrants, contributing C$1.1 million to the proceeds and resulting in a more than 24% ownership on a current issued and outstanding share basis.<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds from the warrant exercise will be used for Group Ten&#8217;s exploration programs and general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe company is now well-positioned for growth with a healthy balance sheet and 100% interest in a portfolio of high-potential, district-scale exploration properties in proven mining districts which were acquired strategically through the low part of the metal price cycle,\u201d President and CEO Michael Rowley stated in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>Group Ten&#8217;s flagship asset is the Stillwater West PGE-nickel-copper project in Montana.
