Of the 300 businesses selected for inclusion in Newsweek\u2019s index, Newmont placed 39<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0overall with a score of 79.6 out of 100.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class='d-flex justify-content-center'>\n<div id='div-gpt-ad-1561499308230-0'><script>googletag.cmd.push(function() {googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1561499308230-0');});<\/script><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Newsweek partnered with global data research firm Statista Inc. to publish the ranking. Statista evaluated 2,000 public companies to identify America\u2019s Most Responsible Companies based on publicly available key performance indicators (KPIs) derived from CSR Reports, Sustainability Reports, and Corporate Citizenship Reports as well as an independent survey.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignright\">\n<blockquote>\n<p> The KPIs focused on company performance in environmental, social, and corporate governance areas <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The KPIs focused on company performance in environmental, social, and corporate governance areas.
