The hydrometallurgical plant in Shawinigan will fulfill its remaining orders before it, too, is shuttered.<\/p>\n<div class='d-flex justify-content-center'>\n<div id='div-gpt-ad-1561499308230-0'><script>googletag.cmd.push(function() {googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1561499308230-0');});<\/script><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>As of Sept. 30, 2019, Nemaska says it had invested C$392 million at the two sites. There remains C$187 million to be spent at the mine and C$690 million to be spent at the plant. The total budget for both was C$1.3 billion.
