The permit was issued this week.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the obtention of the licence, the buyer was to made cash and share-based payments in Oklo aggregating A$1 million.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are pleased to have concluded the transaction with Oklo Resources and look forward to its continued success in the region and adding further value to Sarama&#8217;s holding,&#8221; the president of the Subiaco-based company, Andrew Dinning, said in the press brief.<\/p>\n<p>The 116-square <g class=\"gr_ gr_127 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"127\" data-gr-id=\"127\">kilometre<\/g> Kandiole Sud project\u00a0is located approximately 5 <g class=\"gr_ gr_40 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"40\" data-gr-id=\"40\">kilometres<\/g> southwest of Oklo\u2019s flagship Dandoko project and 10 kilometres\u00a0southeast of B2 Gold\u2019s operating Fekola mine.<\/p>\n<p>The project lies within the Kenieba Inlier to the east of the regionally significant Senegal-Mali Shear Zone or SMSZ, a structure related to major gold projects including Fekola (7.1Moz), Loulo (12.5Moz), Gounkoto (5.4Moz), <g class=\"gr_ gr_5 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"5\" data-gr-id=\"5\">Yatela<\/g> (3Moz), Sadiola (15Moz) and Sabodala (10Moz).\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The sale was completed once the Kandiole Sud exploration permit was issued in the name of the
