{"id":1130595,"date":"2019-08-02T09:18:26","date_gmt":"2019-08-02T14:18:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oilandgas-investments.com\/?p=31564"},"modified":"2019-08-02T09:18:26","modified_gmt":"2019-08-02T14:18:26","slug":"i-assure-you-i-think-this-stock-is-a-winner-in-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/juniorminingnews.com\/?p=1130595","title":{"rendered":"I ASSURE YOU, I THINK THIS STOCK IS A WINNER IN 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Assure Holdings (IOM:TSXv \/ ARHH-OTCQB)<\/strong><\/span><strong> <\/strong>is just starting one of the biggest growth curves of any junior company I have ever seen.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a medical story that sells itself because it has such a compelling value proposition for doctors, patients, hospitals and insurance companies.\u00a0 Assure matches up highly qualified neuro-monitoring technologists with surgeons, monitoring patients for them in the Operating Room \u2013 the OR.<\/p>\n<p>The number of surgeries they monitored grew 76% last year.\u00a0 That volume should grow almost 100% this year.\u00a0 How are they growing? Doctors are referring other doctors by word-of-mouth. That\u2019s why profit margins are so high \u2013 <strong>70%<\/strong> \u2013 and that\u2019s why growth has been so high.\u00a0 <em>I expect 2019 revenue to be $25 million, up from $6.35 million three years ago.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Assure operates (pardon the pun) what I call a <em><b>pull<\/b><\/em> business model \u2013 where they turn a <em>cost<\/em> in the Operating Room (OR) into a <em>profit<\/em> centre.\u00a0 <em><b>Doctors want in<\/b><\/em>\u00a0\u2013 they want what Assure is offering.\u00a0 With Assure, doctors are increasing their annual income by six-figures, and patients are getting better treatment.\u00a0 It\u2019s win-win.<\/p>\n<p>This is the type of company I am uncovering at my new newsletter, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cts.vresp.com\/c\/?OilandGasInvestments\/98959e6945\/0fe1dc6a35\/5946203a5e\">InvestingWhisperer.com<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll explain all these details in a minute, but understand a few things right away:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>This company has generated a profit almost every single month since going public two years ago<\/li>\n<li>This business model is unique so far\u2026 creating A Big Moat against competitors. You must understand how doctors and insurance companies think and act \u2013 from state to state \u2013 AND offer both a compelling value to doctors and patients.\u00a0 I know of no other company operating exactly like they are.<\/li>\n<li>Only 34 million shares out and management owns half of them<\/li>\n<li>NO analyst coverage yet<\/li>\n<li>Assure is keen to tell its story to investors<\/li>\n<li>Growth is happening in MANY ways\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Geographically \u2013 # of states \u2013 they\u2019ve gone from one to six in the last 18 months and they hope to be in 10 by Year End 2019<\/li>\n<li>Types of surgeries \u2013 has been primarily spinal but expanding into cardiovascular, orthopedic and ear, nose and throat<\/li>\n<li>Number of doctors becoming partners and customers<\/li>\n<li>All leading to large increases in the # of surgeries that Assure is monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/oilandgas-investments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31565\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/oilandgas-investments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"398\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Assure Corporate Presentation <\/em><br \/>\nI\u2019ll outline the compelling story below.\u00a0 But the last two things I want you to understand are \u2013 I have <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">$200,000 of my own cash invested<\/span> because\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>I think this stock is about to do VERY WELL for me in the near term \u2013 so this is THE STOCK that I\u2019m giving to you for free to introduce you to my new newsletter <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em><b>The Investing Whisperer.<\/b><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In 2009 when I launched the Oil And Gas Investments Bulletin I gave away energy stocks that turned into doubles and triples.<\/p>\n<p>Those Big Wins gave investors the confidence to try me out \u2013 and my subscriber \u00a0count soared from zero to 2,000 from the excitement those stock picks created.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m no fool \u2013 I didn\u2019t forget what I learned in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>This is my most important stock pick in a decade and I\u2019m certain Assure Holdings is the stock to deliver what I need to have.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Assure Holdings \u2013 A Superior Medical Business Model<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll make this as simple as I can. Within a surgeon\u2019s team in the OR, there is already a <em>neuromonitoring technologist<\/em>&#8211;I\u2019m going to call them the \u201cNM tech\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>This person sits in the OR, in front of a computer screen, monitoring the electrical impulses from many needles that have been inserted into the unconscious patient.<\/p>\n<p>Assure hires and trains the best NM techs in every major city they go into&#8211;beyond their normal certification&#8211;pays them very well, and matches them up with a surgeon or clinic.<\/p>\n<p>With the highest trained NM techs, they offer better service, meaning that they monitor for many more factors (\u201cmodalities\u201d) and provide a greatly increased layer of insurance for the surgeon&#8211;and the patient.<\/p>\n<p>The technologist is a vital part of a surgery \u2013 the technologist monitors how the patient is doing from information being fed through many needles and wires.<\/p>\n<p>The technologist sits at a computer screen in the operating room (OR) and watches the electrical impulses of the unconscious patient.<\/p>\n<p>These are just squiggly lines going across the screen\u2014but it takes a lot of training to learn how to interpret these lines.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/oilandgas-investments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31566\" alt=\"2\" src=\"https:\/\/oilandgas-investments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Offsite, Assure supplies a contracted neurologist to also monitor the surgery.\u00a0 The neurologist monitors the technologist from a remote location, usually his or her office&#8211;as an extra layer of insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Assure does almost exclusively spinal surgeries right now and in roughly 6-8% of those surgeries the tech alerts the surgeon to a possible issue.\u00a0 That is an ounce of prevention in the OR to make sure that a surgical complication doesn\u2019t end up needing a pound of cure \u2013 which can cost the medical system millions in long-term disability, lawsuits and patient care!!<\/p>\n<p>Under this model the NM tech is billed by Assure to the insurance companies and Assure retains all of this revenue.\u00a0 Assure\u00a0separately and, on behalf of\u00a0the partner doctors, looks after the billing of the services\u00a0for the contracted\u00a0neurologists. This\u00a0revenue is shared\u00a0with the surgeon partners.<\/p>\n<p>Assure is a one-step solution for surgeons and\/or clinics.\u00a0 They source, train, and custom-match the NM tech to the surgeon, AND deal with the insurance companies to make sure the doctor gets paid for providing this superior layer of insurance.<\/p>\n<p>No surgeon has ever reported leaving Assure for business or work reasons (sometimes they move to a state that Assure is not yet operating in).\u00a0 That says their business model is working for EVERYONE.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve been to their Denver head office and interviewed the person in charge of the NM techs.\u00a0 Their commitment to having the highest level of service is key to their model being adopted by MDs around the country.\u00a0 Assure\u2019s NM techs are highly sought after by surgeons.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Why The Time for Assure\u2019s STOCK is NOW<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I have followed this company CLOSELY for two years. And I\u2019ll tell you why I chose NOW to invest.<\/p>\n<p>NM techs in general are relatively new to the American medical scene, and aren\u2019t appreciated enough to be normally included in a regular health insurance package.<\/p>\n<p>If they were, they would be considered an \u201cIn-Network\u201d cost.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of Assure\u2019s billings \u2013 for now \u2013 are considered Out-Of-Network.\u00a0 This is good in that Out-Of-Network billing rates are much higher than In-Network; Assure is getting returns roughly\u00a0 50%\u00a0higher than In-Network rates.<\/p>\n<p>But it is also the hardest part of this business for Assure \u2013 because collections of these Out-Of-Network billing to commercial (private) insurance payors is complicated.\u00a0 Insurers <em>negotiate<\/em> with the Out-of-Network providers like Assure, and receivables can take a long time.<\/p>\n<p>To be honest it is something that the company needs to get better at.\u00a0 Receivables have been low and slow, and that\u2019s why the stock has been low as well.\u00a0 They had to take a big write-down recently&#8211;which really hurt the stock.<\/p>\n<p><em>But this is changing&#8211;right now.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the start of this year Assure brought in two new key executives\u2026 experts at dealing with Out-Of-Network billing.<\/p>\n<p>Assure\u2019s new CFO Trent Carman and VP Strategy Paul Webster were previously involved with Out-Of-Network billings at a medical helicopter company called <em>Air Methods<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>On the back of their efforts to improve collection efficiency \u2013 over 13 years <em>Air Methods<\/em> increasing cash flow drove the stock from $2 per share to $46 per share (plus paid out $7 per share in dividends) where the business was eventually sold to private equity.\u00a0 Let me repeat that \u2013 the stock went from $2 &#8211; $46.\u00a0 Assure\u2019s stock is now just over $2.<\/p>\n<p>Assure\u2019s already profitable business just got another shot in the arm with the expertise that these men bring to the table.\u00a0 They are already increasing the speed of receivables, and the amount of receivables.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>CONCLUSION: THIS HIGH MARGIN GROWTH IS RARE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I think Assure could be A Big Winner in the very near term for several reasons:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>It\u2019s a PULL business model \u2013 Doctors want in!<\/li>\n<li>Compelling value proposition \u2013 Assure provides a superior service where everybody wins&#8211;doctors, patients, insurers, NM techs<\/li>\n<li>The growth and the retention rate are validating their unique business model<\/li>\n<li>It\u2019s a profitable company \u2013 even when receivables were low!<\/li>\n<li>Management has already fallen on their sword once (receivables) and learned from it&#8211;I find it\u2019s always better to invest AFTER that has happened<\/li>\n<li>And NOBODY knows about this story.\u00a0 It\u2019s a US story with a Canadian listing. But that\u2019s going to change \u2013 fast. They\u2019re hitting critical mass where analyst coverage should happen very soon, along with institutions buying the stock in the open market.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I want to keep this intro short\u00a0\u2013 I have a full report in the Members Centre at <a href=\"http:\/\/cts.vresp.com\/c\/?OilandGasInvestments\/98959e6945\/0fe1dc6a35\/d4a754d442\">InvestingWhisperer.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t even talked about the CEO, John Farlinger, who is a seasoned and effective turnaround specialist.\u00a0 I haven\u2019t talked about what could happen to a US\u00a0 small cap story like Assure getting a US Registration and uplisting in the coming 24 months.\u00a0 I haven\u2019t talked about how going \u201cIn-Network\u201d within a few years would cement Assure\u2019s standing with analysts and institutional money.<\/p>\n<p>I want to make myself and my subscribers a lot of money in the coming years. Finding stocks like this \u2013 and waiting for the right time to buy them \u2013 is how I do it.<\/p>\n<p>Assure is growing big and fast and now I think its stock price should follow suit \u2013 so much that\u00a0I may not even have to care how many subscribers I have.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s compelling.\u00a0 It\u2019s a win-win-win like nothing else I\u2019ve seen in years.
