Goldspot<\/span> Discoveries (TSXV: SPOT) announce<\/span>d<\/span> <\/span>Friday a<\/span> signed service agreement with <\/span>Pacton<\/span> Gold <\/span>(<\/span>CVE: PAC<\/span>) to use<\/span> <\/span>Goldspot’s<\/span> A.I. and machine learning <\/span>tools <\/span>to evaluate and identify possible mineral and drill targets on <\/span>Pacton<\/span>\u2019s<\/span> Red Lake, Ontario property<\/span>.<\/span>  <\/span><\/p>\n

Goldspot<\/span> has been granted a 0.5<\/span>% <\/span>smelter royalty on the property<\/span> and <\/span>the option to purchase an additional 0.<\/span>5%<\/span> net smelter return royalty on all metals produced from the Red Lake property<\/span> for C$<\/span>1<\/span> million, as well as<\/span> 0.5<\/span>%<\/span> net smelter return royalty on all metals produced from all the current claims comprising <\/span>Pacton’s<\/span> Australia assets in the Pilbara Craton for <\/span>C<\/span>$1<\/span> million. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>“The <\/span>Pacton<\/span> Gold property in the historic Red Lake gold camp in North western Ontario excites us. It is the ideal district to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to find new discoveries,” said Denis Laviolette, <\/span>GoldSpot<\/span>\u2019s<\/span> president and CEO in a media statement<\/span>. “After initial screening and utilizing artificial intelligence to analyze various layers of data related to <\/span>Pacton<\/span> Gold’s property, we have made our largest speculative bet to date.”<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

“We believe Red Lake’s ground is ripe for a technological revolution, and this deal gives us royalty exposure to 16,630 hectares of prospective land,” <\/span>said<\/span> Laviolette.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Market reaction to the partnership was positive: <\/span>Goldspot\u2019s<\/span> stock was up 4%, and <\/span>Pacton\u2019s<\/span> stock was up 8% on the CVE Friday afternoon. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
