I\u2019m watching gold stocks right now jump 50-100% in the blink of an eye–even though gold itself is fairly steady at US$1300\/oz.<\/p>\n

So I went to do my research.\u00a0 Where is the leverage now? Which is the best company? I run a lot of numbers in my research–you should know that about me.\u00a0 I found a stock that I think is set up be…please be sitting down…a 22-bagger<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A 2,200 per cent win<\/em>–just for this stock to get an average valuation….and a valuation that I will explain in full detail in a moment.\u00a0 It’s all based on very real numbers.<\/p>\n

It’s The Gold Stock of the Decade.\u00a0 I immediately went out and bought 150,000 shares.\u00a0 I had to–these stocks are now jumping 50-100% so fast, and by any metric I throw it at, this gold stock is the cheapest I have ever seen.\u00a0 When this stock moves it will move BIG and it will move FAST.<\/p>\n

And this is BIG–10 million ounces in the ground, in one of the most prolific gold belts in the world, and fully permitted.<\/p>\n

And it’s run by one of the best teams in the business–their last four gold deals are all in production now.<\/em> I couldn’t ask for anything more.\u00a0 Oh, wait yes I could–I could ask that it has WAY less than 100 M shares out and be primed to be one of the lowest cost producers in the world.\u00a0 Guess what? This has it ALL.<\/p>\n

I’ll tell you how I found it, and then I’ll tell you the name and symbol.\u00a0 First off, I saw the junior gold producers popping 30-50% in just a few months–or better. Here\u2019s some recent fast movers:<\/p>\n

K92 Mining KNT-TSXv<\/strong> <\/span>has doubled from 70 cents to $1.40–up 100%
\nEquinox EQX-TSXv<\/strong><\/span> is up from 90 cents to $1.35–up 50%.
\nWesdome WDO-TSX<\/strong><\/span>–$3.60 – $5.40–up 50%
\nAtlantic Gold AGB-TSX<\/strong><\/span>–$1.50 – 2.25–up 50%<\/p>\n

So my question–what\u2019s next?\u00a0 Where\u2019s the next easy 50% PLUS gain?<\/p>\n

I spent 18 years raising money for gold stocks before I did oil and gas, and I know the answer to this–it\u2019s in the developers<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 Only the leverage here is 10x what it is in the junior producers.<\/em>\u00a0 That\u2019s right–10 times.\u00a0 I\u2019ll explain.<\/p>\n

Developers are the companies who have real gold deposits, but are not in production. Right now, around the world, there are several multi-million ounce gold deposits that could<\/em> go into production–but need all the stars to line up for that to happen.<\/p>\n

They need a management team that can raise money.\u00a0 They need a good gold market.\u00a0 They need permits, grade, social buy-in from the nearby towns\u2026it\u2019s a long list.\u00a0 It takes years and years\u2026and it seems like forever.\u00a0 No wonder investors just sell these stocks and leave them for dead.<\/p>\n

And when I say dead, I mean–stocks in the developers\u2019 category can trade at less than 1% (one per cent) of their NAV if they were in production. Imagine the financial win that creates for one of these assets that makes it to production.\u00a0 And this team’s last four assets are all in production. ALL of them.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Do you know what kind of profit scenario that brings investors who buy these stocks just before gold starts a bull market?\u00a0 I am talking wealth creation that lasts for generations.<\/p>\n

Even if you don\u2019t catch the top or bottom, investors can make their year, or their decade, on one of these stocks.<\/p>\n

And you guessed it: I found The One.\u00a0 It\u2019s The Gold Stock of the Decade.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Now if you follow my research, you know that I need ALL these stocks, regardless of industry, to check off several boxes:<\/p>\n

  1. Management teams who have built and sold juniors before<\/li>\n
  2. Management must have a lot of skin in the game; own a lot of stock<\/li>\n
  3. Tight share structure (100 M out=Strike 1, 200 M shares out=Strike 2, you get the picture).\u00a0 This gives me (and all shareholders) LEVERAGE.<\/li>\n
  4. Low cost producer–bottom 25% for sure, preferably bottom 10%.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Like I said–this gold stock ticks <\/em>ALL<\/i><\/strong> these boxes! <\/em><\/p>\n

    This gold stock has pretty much everything I look for–except one thing.\u00a0 I like to buy expensive stocks, where the management team can use their best-of-breed valuation to buy other companies.<\/p>\n

    This company is NOT like that.\u00a0 This stock is DIRT cheap.\u00a0 When you look up the phrase \u201cdirt-cheap\u201d online, there is a picture of this 10-million-ounce gold deposit.<\/p>\n

    That\u2019s right–a full 10 million ounces.\u00a0 And get this–not only is it one of the world\u2019s largest<\/span>–it\u2019s permitted<\/b><\/em> to go into production!<\/p>\n

    Let me tell you what DIRT cheap really means.<\/p>\n

    On average an ounce of gold resource in the ground is worth $95 per ounce<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    I am NOT making this up.\u00a0 That is the going rate of most recent arm\u2019s length industry transactions–here\u2019s the list:<\/p>\n

    \nThe price paid per ounce of resource in the ground ranges from a high of $226 per ounce to a low of $11 per ounce.\u00a0 The average is $95 per ounce and the median is $97 per ounce.<\/p>\n

    How does the micro-cap gold miner that I am writing to you about today stack up against those numbers?<\/p>\n

    My Gold Stock of the Decade is trading at $4.22 per ounce<\/b><\/em>. \u00a0My Grade-7 math says this stock has the potential to be a 22-bagger<\/span><\/em>–just to meet the average<\/strong> valuation of $95\/oz.\u00a0 That\u2019s LIFE-CHANGING WEALTH.     And this crazy-huge, low-cost gold deposit–is permitted for production!<\/strong>\u00a0 Permitting has become THE most difficult thing for talented management teams to achieve–anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n

    But here, that bridge has been crossed.\u00a0 This means social license, it means jobs, it means local prosperity and a win-win-win scenario. (It also means the value of the ounces in the ground should be A LOT higher right now.)<\/p>\n

    And remember that I told you I want a low-cost producer\u2026this mine will produce for 30 years at a hair over US$750 per ounce All In Sustaining Costs <\/em>(AISC) for 30 years.\u00a0 Here’s how that stacks up–see how my Gold Stock of the Decade beats them all except one:<\/p>\n

    Quality of management is everything<\/span>. People truly are the most valuable commodity.<\/p>\n

    The management team of this junior gold miner acquired this asset in 2016 from a much-less-well-prepared operator. The past two-plus-years have involved the management team quietly preparing the property for development —permitting, PEA work, laying all of the groundwork to get up and running.<\/p>\n

    Now we are at the stage where this team is ready to make some noise.<\/p>\n

    For this group this acquisition is the continuation of a career of buying, developing and selling projects for <\/span><\/em>multi-bagger profits<\/span><\/i><\/strong>.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

    This team has repeatedly made themselves and their shareholders a lot money.\u00a0 As per usual on this deal they own a ton of stock themselves and are fully aligned with shareholders.<\/p>\n

    This is how you win as an investor in the resource sector<\/span>.\u00a0 You find serial entrepreneur teams like this and ride their coattails.<\/p>\n

    These kinds of entrepreneurs buy low, add value and then exit\u2026\u2026..rinse and repeat again.\u00a0 They don\u2019t go to work for big paychecks, they go to work to create value and get rich beside shareholders.<\/p>\n
