Mr. Lindsay is
\nthe Founder and CEO of Otis Gold Corp. 
\nHe has in excess of 25 years experience in corporate finance, investment
\nbanking and business development in both North America and Asia.  Prior Before his role at Otis, Mr. Lindsay was
\nthe Founder and CEO of Magnum Uranium Corp. from inception until its sale to
\nEnergy Fuels Inc. (TSX: EFR) in July 2009, and prior thereto was a Vice
\nPresident in the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Group at
\nPricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Lindsay was also a Founder of Malaspina Capital
\nLtd. and led its merger with Miranda Mining Development Corp (a Mexico-based
\ngold producer that was subsequently acquired by Wheaton River Minerals in
\n2003).  Additionally, he was a Founder
\nand CFO of OneAsia.com (Holdings) Ltd. and helped develop the business from
\ninception to the establishment of offices in Hong Kong, Taipei, Mumbai and
\nVancouver, and was instrumental in the sale of the business to Hutchison
\nWhampoa Limited in 2001. He is currently a Director of VR Resources Ltd.
\n(TSX-V), Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V) and Philippine Metals Inc.
\n(TSX-V). <\/p>\n

Mr. Lindsay has
\na Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from UBC (1989), an MBA (Finance and
\nInternational Business) from Dalhousie University (1993) and is a Chartered
\nFinancial Analyst. He is the current Chairman of the Hong Kong \u2013 Canada
\nBusiness Association (HKCBA) and a Past President of the Vancouver Section of
\nthe HKCBA. He is a Past Chairman of the Family Services of Greater Vancouver
\n(the largest social service agency in British Columbia), where is served on the
\nboard of directors for ten years.  Additionally, he was an active member
\nof the Western Leadership Council of Dalhousie University\u2019s successful $250
\nmillion \u201cBold Ambitions<\/em>\u201d capital campaign.<\/p>\n
